Once we know how KPIs and desired outcomes are connected, we can set performance goals that connect the daily actions of workers across the organization with its financial, environmental and social bottom lines.

Scheduling and time management, project management, field service, logistics, inventory, marketing, point of sale, CRM, analysis, etc…I have experience setting up and maximizing use of a wide variety of platforms.

    While I primarily work with Shopify, I also have experience with Quickbooks POS, Lightspeed, Square, Thriftworks and others. My systematic approach means that I am able to implement or improve any platform in an efficient and thoughtful way, particularly for reuse and thrift businesses.
